We may share your information with credit reference agencies and other companies including other lenders to assist you in obtaining a loan, and for the use of making credit decisions, crime prevention and debt collection. This information will be held by the credit reference agencies and may also be seen and used by other companies making credit decisions.
6. We may disclose your information to our agents for the purposes of them providing the collection and credit granting services you have requested.
7. If you share a household with another customer of JDB Enterprise Group Ltd, we may use your information to help us make credit decisions about that customer and yourself in order to ensure that we lend responsibly to your household.
Your attention is drawn to the fact that Fast Loan UK is not the lender and therefore will not be providing finance to you. Our service in this instance, as we are unable to provide you with a loan, is upon completion of the application form to provide assistance for you to receive a loan from a panel of lenders to whom we will introduce you to via Quint Group Limited, and who may be able to assist you. By submitting the application you are giving us your consent for us to match your application with one of the lenders on Quint Group Limited's panel. Please be aware that as Fast Loan UK is not the lender in this instance we do not have any control over the decision making in relation to your application.
Any examples of amounts available to borrow, terms, repayment periods or the rates stated on our website are with respect to loans when provided by Fast Loan UK only, and therefore for the avoidance of doubt do not apply to the lender to whom your details are sent. You are advised to read through their terms, including rates and repayment amounts of any loan offer made by the lender. As Fastloan UK are not providing the loan or financial service to you we are unable to take any responsibility on behalf of the lender, neither can we control the content of the third party lenders website.
We cannot guarantee that the lender who accepts your application will authorise to fund your application. This could be due to a number of reasons such as technology problems or because information provided during the application process is incorrect. We will not be liable for any loss you may incur from using this site unless the loss is directly caused by us not acting in accordance with a term terms and the loss .
You agree to indemnify and hold our employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal costs, reasonable expenses in relation to any claims and actions brought against us and arising out of any breach by you of these terms
If any of these terms are found to be invalid for any reason then such term shall be severed and the remaining term shall survive and remain in full force
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts
